Cancellation Policy

1) Scope of Application

The Cancellation Policy governs all transactions which occur on [Your Website Name] when customers purchase items from vendors who operate through this platform. Both sellers and buyers must comply with the terms of this policy.

2) Definitions

  1. Buyer: A user who purchases a product.
  2. Seller/Vendor: An individual or business listing and selling products/services on the site.
  3. Order Processing Time: The period between order placement and the start of packing/shipping. Shipping Status: Includes shipping label generation, pickup, in transit, etc.


3) Eligibility for Cancellation (When cancellation is allowed)

  1. A buyer can cancel an order after placing it but before shipping has started.
  2. The administrator or seller will cancel the order when a product becomes unavailable or the seller cannot deliver due to unexpected circumstances. The customer will get a complete refund for the canceled order.
  3. The cancellation policies for custom-made products and perishable items and personalized products function differently because these items cannot be canceled unless the seller states otherwise.
  4. Once customers download or access digital products which include downloadable items and license keys they cannot cancel their purchase.


4) Cancellation Procedure by Buyer

  1. To begin the cancellation process, customers must go to Account > Order History. Alternatively, they can contact customer service by phone or email.
  2. After receiving the cancellation request, the business will begin the cancellation procedure.
  3. If the delivery process has not started, the system will authorize the cancellation.
  4. Only if the shipping label has not yet been created and the pickup has not begun will the cancellation procedure begin.


5) Cancellation by Seller / Admin

  1. When stock shortages or inaccurate pricing information prevent the seller from completing the order, they must cancel it. After the administrator confirms, the system will delete the order and notify the buyer.
  2. If a seller chooses to cancel an order due to policy violations, safety concerns, or other risk factors, the buyer will receive a complete refund.
